Common questions before a first visit
Do I need to book, or can I walk in?
Walk-ins are fine. That said, if you're travelling from Velachery or further, booking ahead saves you the chance of a longer wait.
How long will the consultation take?
Usually 20–30 minutes for a first visit. Conditions that need dermoscopy or a more detailed history can run a little longer. We don't rush it.
Can I message before booking to ask something?
Yes, WhatsApp is the quickest way. If you're not sure whether what you have needs a dermatologist or a GP, just describe it and we'll tell you honestly.
Do you treat children?
Yes. Dr. Suresh has advanced paediatric dermatology training from the UK and regularly sees children with eczema, psoriasis, rashes, and other skin conditions.
Are laser treatments available at this clinic?
Yes. Laser hair removal, pigmentation treatment, CO2 resurfacing, acne scar treatment, and tattoo removal are all done in-clinic. A consultation happens before any laser procedure, not after.
