Sure Skin Dermatology Clinic ("Sure Skin," "we," "our," or "us") is a private dermatology clinic located at City Link Road, Ramapuram, N.G.O. Colony, Officers Colony, Adambakkam, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600088. The clinic is led by Dr. Suresh Babu Rengasamy, a board-certified Consultant Dermatologist with over 15 years of specialist experience.

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our clinical services, website, and any associated communications. They apply to all patients, website visitors, and anyone who contacts us for information or treatment.

Sure Skin provides specialist dermatology consultations and treatments, including but not limited to:

All treatments are subject to a clinical consultation and are provided solely at the professional discretion of Dr. Suresh Babu Rengasamy. We reserve the right to decline treatment if it is not clinically appropriate or safe for the patient.

• Appointments may be booked via our website contact form, by phone, or by email. Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of confirmation from the clinic.
• We request that you arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened consultation or rescheduling at the clinic's discretion.
• Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Repeated last-minute cancellations may affect your ability to book future appointments.
• Walk-in consultations are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.
• The clinic operates Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Sunday appointments are not available.
• We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments in exceptional circumstances, including medical emergencies or clinic closures. We will notify you as early as possible.

To receive safe and effective care, patients are expected to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about their medical history, current medications, allergies, and previous treatments
• Follow pre- and post-treatment instructions provided by the doctor or clinic staff
• Disclose any changes to their health or medications before each appointment
• Inform the clinic immediately if they experience any unexpected side effects or reactions following a treatment
• Treat clinic staff and other patients with respect; any abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour will result in refusal of service
• Ensure that a parent or legal guardian accompanies and consents on behalf of any patient under 18 years of age

Before any procedure or treatment, you will be asked to provide informed consent. This means you confirm that:

• You have been explained the nature, purpose, benefits, risks, and alternatives of the proposed treatment
• You have had the opportunity to ask questions and received satisfactory answers
• You voluntarily agree to proceed with the treatment
• You understand that results may vary and that no specific outcome is guaranteed

Consent may be given verbally or in writing depending on the procedure. For minors, written consent from a parent or legal guardian is required for all treatments.

• Consultation and treatment fees are communicated at the time of booking or during the consultation. All fees are subject to change without prior notice.
• Payment is due at the time of service unless a prior arrangement has been made with the clinic.
• We accept cash and major digital payment methods. Receipts are provided on request.
• Fees paid for consultations are non-refundable once the consultation has taken place.
• For pre-paid treatment packages, refunds for unused sessions may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the clinic's discretion, particularly in cases of medical contraindication.
• Sure Skin does not currently process insurance claims directly. Patients are responsible for seeking reimbursement from their insurance provider independently. We can provide receipts and supporting documentation upon request.

Dermatological treatments vary in outcome depending on individual skin type, medical history, lifestyle, adherence to aftercare, and other factors outside our control. Sure Skin does not guarantee specific results for any treatment.

• All information provided during consultations is for clinical guidance purposes and does not constitute a guarantee of outcome
• Photographs shown in our gallery or testimonials reflect individual experiences and may not represent typical results
• Some conditions may require multiple treatment sessions; the number of sessions needed will vary by patient
• Patients are advised to follow all post-treatment instructions carefully to optimise results and minimise risk of complications

All patient records are maintained in strict confidence in accordance with applicable Indian medical regulations and our Privacy Policy. Patients may request access to their own medical records in writing. We are unable to share records with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.

• Clinical photographs taken for treatment purposes are stored securely as part of your medical record and are never shared publicly without separate written consent
• If you provide a testimonial or review, you grant Sure Skin permission to display it on our website and marketing materials. You may request its removal at any time
• You must not record video or audio of consultations without the prior consent of Dr. Suresh Babu Rengasamy and clinic staff

We are committed to providing a high standard of care and take all feedback seriously. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your experience at Sure Skin, we encourage you to:

• Speak with the doctor or a member of the clinic team at your earliest convenience
• Submit a written complaint via email to drsureskinclinic@gmail.com with your name, contact details, and a description of your concern
• We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days and aim to resolve it within 30 days
• If you remain unsatisfied after our internal process, you may escalate your concern to the relevant regulatory body under Indian medical law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
